Our renovated approx. 45 sqm basement apartment is located in a quiet detached house in Weende-Nord with parking in front of the house.
The apartment is about 5 km from the centre. The city bus stops outside our door. The clinic and the university are easily accessible. A longer rental period is possible. Since we had 2x permanent tenants over several months last year, the Superhost status is currently not met due to the assessment criteria.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle.
Microwave and lots of dishes, pots, etc. Stove with ceramic hob and oven and a cozy dining area with free coffee and tea.
