The space
Welcome to Waterside Cabin, your tranquil escape nestled in the stunning Red River Gorge. As you walk onto the deck to the front door, enjoy a side view of the picturesque 2 acre lake across the street. A common floating dock with canoe along the road provides easy lake access for your adventures.
Step inside to find large vaulted ceilings and comfortable leather furniture, perfect for pet-friendly guests. The full-service kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, complete with a large dining table and chairs for family gatherings. The first-floor bedroom features a cozy queen bed, with a full bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.
Upstairs, the loft offers two twin beds . The downstairs living space includes a pull-out sofa, TV, and a small table with a collection of board games for endless fun, making it a perfect spot for fun and relaxation. Newly added is an arcade game with many of the old time favorites. This addition is sure to take fun to the next level. In the lower level there is a washer and dryer as well for your convenience.
The basement features another queen bedroom with a full bathroom and an additional door leading to the back patio. The back patio is covered and includes a hot tub and ambient lighting, creating unforgettable evenings surrounded by the woods. A lit path leads down to the fire pit, perfect for nights under the stars. A park grill is available for use—please bring your own charcoal.

Guests have the entire Waterside Cabin to themselves. Use of the lake at the banks or common dock is also available.

Nestled within the wilderness of the stunning Red River Gorge area, Waterside Cabin offers a unique and serene escape. However, the natural beauty of this location means you may encounter wildlife during your stay. To ensure a safe and pleasant experience, please secure all food and trash before leaving the cabin or at the end of each night. If wildlife does get into your trash, we kindly ask you to clean up promptly to help maintain the beauty of our neighborhood. Extra fees may incur if trash left behind from animals.
As Waterside Cabin is located in the woods, it's normal to encounter occasional insects both inside and outside the cabin. Please be mindful of this and keep doors closed when possible to minimize their presence indoors.
