You have access to the entire property. The laundry area is used by staff, if you need towels or linens staff can assist you.
Other things to note
The Rate includes housekeeping, a personal chef preparing your meals a custom menu is created for every group, a butler to cater to you during your stay, and we will arrange airport transportation for $30US Per Adult each way based on a group of 5 or more persons, smaller groups or individuals transportation can be arranged if requested and a quote will be provided. 10-14 days before your arrival you will be connected with your chef to plan and discuss the meal plan and menu for the duration of your stay. A Grocery and beverage shopping list is compiled and delivered before your arrival. Guests purchase food & beverages, average food bill not including alcohol will run an average of 250.00/per night this is not a set rate, this amount depends on your food and beverage choices. We can arrange them to be delivered to you or transport will be arranged. We will have a menu of chefs specialities if you want to experience authentic Jamaica Cuisine with a dash of old time favourites. Special events up to 15 persons such as birthdays and celebrations are allowed but incur extra chef and housekeeping fees.
Pets are allowed but incur a pet fee of $100US
Unauthorized off property guests MUST be pre-authorized or they will not be allowed entry.
We provide dark wash cloths and make up removal wipes to protect our white linens from make up stains, any excess make up stains on white linens will incur a damage fee of $100, so please avoid this by using provided alternatives.
