Welcome to Heaven on Earth cabin in Pigeon Forge, TN where you will have the entire, 2700 sqft cabin with 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full baths, 2 Half baths, Game room, Screened in porch and Front porch all to yourself! Heaven on Earth cabin is best suited for families, ideally 6 adults and 4-5 children (*see floor plan schematic at end of photos for details).

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cabin at Heaven on Earth! There are several attic spaces in the loft where we keep cleaning supplies, seasonal decorations, etc. This space is locked and not accessible.
Prior to arrival, you will be asked to provide phone number and vehicle information for each vehicle to allow seamless entry to the gated community.
Guests will also have access to the community amenities offered in Shagbark Resort (see above).
Other things to note
🏁 You will be traveling on mountain roads with curves and inclines. ⚠️ This can present a challenge if you are not accustomed to mountain roads. However, the neighborhood roads can be driven in a sedan in most months (see notes about winter below). If steep roads make you nervous, the roads may bother you. See our IG for a video of the route up to the cabin.
🚘 The property has a circular driveway with an incline - the left side is paved and the right side is gravel. Driving up the paved side is recommended.
❄️ If you plan to visit during the winter months, you should be prepared for potential snowfall and there is an increased chance that 4WD/AWD will be required ⚠️ Winter weather can make driving conditions hazardous. Before embarking on your journey, check weather forecasts and road conditions. If there's a chance of snow or ice, consider the need for 4WD/AWD or chains and ensure familiarity with winter weather driving. We also recommend purchasing travel insurance in the event a cancellation is required due to winter weather.
🧻 Guests are provided: 2 rolls of toilet paper/bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, kitchen trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, 1 sponge, 3 dishwasher tabs, 3 laundry pods, Keurig & Nespresso pods. Condiments, spices, ziplocks, ground coffee, cream/sugar are NOT provided. Prior guests may have left things that they feel could be useful for future guests. **Beyond this, we ask guests to purchase supplies as needed. Please plan accordingly (closest grocery store is ~10 minutes)**
🚮 Please place all trash in trash bags. When the trash needs to be taken out, secure trash bags in animal proof trash containers. If trash or food is left out it will attract animals and bears. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-up. For stays longer than 6 nights, a mid-stay trash pick-up can be arranged. Please reach out 1-2 days prior to anticipated need for pick-up. Alternatively, there is a trash drop-off center at 419 Tiger Drive, Pigeon Forge.
🐻 Bears are regularly seen at the cabin (particularly in summer). Please ensure NO food or attractive smelling items are left outside, in the screened porch, in your cars, etc. Please lock car doors and roll up windows at all times. Bears ARE able to open doors and can cause significant damage. Please keep cabin doors locked when possible. It is fun to see bears passing through the property, but please ensure you are being SAFE! We cannot be responsible for damage caused by bears. Please see our IG Bear Wise stories for more info.
🌲 The cabin is in a wooded area in the mountains, which means you may see and hear critters, spiders, scorpions, etc. Please exercise caution and understand this is expected in the woods and specifically may be seen in the screened in porch. The cabin does receive regular pest control service and we do our best to limit pests during your stay.
🪠 The cabin is on a septic system. To prevent issues with the system becoming clogged or backed up, we ask that you ONLY flush toilet paper and natural waste - only 💧+ 🧻 + 💩 in the 🚽. Please do not flush any feminine products, bum or baby wipes (even the flushable kind), paper towels, make up wipes, Q-tips, floss, trash, goldfish or hopes and dreams! We also ask that you do not pour grease or put excessive food particles down the kitchen sink, as there is no garbage disposal.
💧 The water supply comes solely from a private well. It is safe to drink the water, but you may prefer to bring bottled water. Please practice water conservation when possible to reduce demand and protect the well water source.
🎥 Ring cameras are installed at the property at the front and back doors. Ring cameras are activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform, if necessary. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access the cameras in real time. The cameras recordings are not looked at frequently and primarily serve the purpose of protecting the property, ensuring house rules are followed and recording potentially concerning events, such as fires or bears. There are no cameras on the interior of the home. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
⚠️ All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance if there is any chance of cancelation or emergency. Refunds cannot be offered due to weather, road conditions/closures, utility service interruptions, personal illness, natural disasters, or events out of our control. Trip insurance is especially recommended during months that may experience adverse weather conditions.

- Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to rent, be present during the entire stay, sign the rental agreement, and be the credit card holder.
- A signed rental agreement and information for a credit card security HOLD of $500 (collected through STRIPE) is required for ALL reservations. This must be completed at least 5 days prior to check in or the reservation will be cancelled.
- No third-party rentals.
- No parties. If you have a party, you will forfeit the security deposit and be asked to leave. Airbnb's policy - https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/3345
- No gatherings of more than the max occupancy (11 persons, including adults and children) at any time. If you plan to have any additional guests visit for the day, please reach out ahead of time to discuss. There will be a $50 charge per extra guest per night above maximum occupancy.
- Drugs and illegal activities are not tolerated and will be reported.
- Smoking and Vaping are NOT allowed inside or outside the property.
- Absolutely NO open flames. This includes fires, flames, candles, cigarettes, charcoal grills, fireworks, etc. They will not be permitted at the property at any time. Violation will incur a $250 fine. This is a HOA rule and is taken very seriously due to the significant loss of homes that has been caused by forest fires. Violations also subject to an additional fine from the HOA.
- Early check-in or late check-out cannot typically be accommodated. This is to ensure sufficient time to prepare the cabin for the next guests and to keep our cleaners on schedule. If you remain in the home past check-out time, you will be charged $100 per additional hour past 10am.
- Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $300/pet and you may be asked to leave.
- Please do not disconnect or relocate any electronics (TVs, routers, game consoles, chargers, etc). Doing so may necessitate a technician service call to restore the items to their proper condition and status for the next guest, which will result in a charge to the guest.
- Please avoid setting the thermostat to extremes. Ideally, avoid setting lower than 67 degrees for COOL and higher than 74 degrees for HEAT. Please keep windows & doors closed when running the heating/cooling systems.
- Children’s items are included for your convenience. We ask that adults be responsible for determining if those items (crib, pack-n-play, highchair, etc) are appropriate for use. If you have ANY concerns, please reach out and/or avoid use.
- We ask that children under the age of 10 are supervised by an adult at all times, specifically while around stairs, loft, porch, while playing pool, outside, etc.
- Do NOT feed or go near the bears. Bears have been seen walking through the property. Please ensure you do not leave any food outside, in your car or in the screened in porch. Please lock all car doors and roll up all windows. Bears can and will open car doors or rip out windows to get to food or smells that they think may represent food.
- Please communicate any concerns and/or complaints through platform messaging as soon as an issue arises, allowing sufficient time for reasonable corrections of the issue.
- Please exercise caution when using any outdoor stairs or walkways, as slippery conditions may be present regardless of temperature or weather conditions.
- Overall, we ask that you care for the space as you would your own.
- If rules are violated, please know that we may kindly ask guests to leave and cancel the reservation without refund. If there is significant damage to the home, we ask that you let us know and we will discuss options. There is potential that portions of the security deposit may be retained.

The community offers a range of fantastic amenities, including a seasonal pool for refreshing leisure, frisbee golf for outdoor fun, and tennis/pickleball courts for sports enthusiasts. Families with children will appreciate the small playground, perfect for kids to have fun. Additionally, nature lovers will delight in the walking trails.
