*Each room is equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning and an extra fan for a refreshing atmosphere.

* Although the house is ideal for families, it is not suitable for babies and young children under 7 years of age for safety reasons, as well as groups of young people who wish to party, in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
* A means of transport (scooter or car) is recommended during your stay at the villa.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire villa, pool and garden.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all, a copy of each guest's passport will be requested upon arrival. People not registered on the reservation will not be able to access the villa.
The entrance is secure and all the information you need upon arrival will be communicated to you after confirmation of the reservation.
Other things to note
The villa is supervised by our manager, Audrey, who will welcome you and be at your disposal throughout your stay for any request or need.
Upon arrival at the villa, we kindly ask that you sign a registration form, which details the rules of the Villa Souimanga, electricity fees and the security deposit.
A copy of each guest's passport will be requested upon arrival to comply with Thai immigration laws.
People not included in the reservation will be denied access to the villa.
A security deposit of 10,000 THB in cash will be required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure subject to any damage or other additional charges.
Electricity is charged at 9 THB/kWh. For the operation and normal use of the equipment of the house (pumps, filtration, air conditioning, lighting, hot water, etc.) the average consumption is about €10 per day.
The meter will be read upon arrival and departure. Remember to turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving the villa — a small gesture for the planet and for your bill.
Power outages and surges are common in tropical countries due to high temperatures and heavy rains.
These events are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.
In order to keep the villa clean and pleasant throughout your stay, cleaning of the villa, sheets and towels is required and carried out 1x/week at the rate of 2,500 THB for stays of 7 nights or more (non-negotiable).
To give you more flexibility, early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged based on availability. A surcharge of 300 THB per hour applies.
For late check-ins after 6 p.m., an additional 300 THB per hour will be applied. Please note that we do not have a 24-hour reception service as in a hotel. This is so that our manager can get organized.
For your comfort, the garden and pool are maintained weekly by our technician. We will inform you in advance of his/her visit. Please allow him access to ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of the premises.
A pesticide check is carried out once a month. This ensures the safety of a healthy environment as well as the comfort and peace of mind of guests without fear of the presence of pests.
For sorting garbage, several containers (household garbage, plastic and glass) are available in the villa and in the parking lot.
The neighborhood is currently under development. You may be exposed, at certain times of the day, to some noise during your stay. Mornings and evenings are peaceful, however. This allows you to fully enjoy the different excursions and activities offered on the island during the day and to find calm in the evening to rest after a day full of experiences and emotions.
Although the house is ideal for families, it is not suitable for babies and young children under 7 years of age for safety reasons. Similarly, the villa is not suitable for groups of young people wishing to party in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
To facilitate your experience, we remind you that Villa Souimanga is not a hotel. We offer an Airbnb experience in a local home. You're staying at a listing that belongs to someone else.
