Spacious and cozy vacation home for Max 4 people, with a beautiful panoramic view, plenty of peace and privacy. The house is cozily furnished with a cozy wood stove (free wood) and equipped with all necessary amenities. In the fenced garden, there is a wood-fired hot tub, a comfortable lounge set, fire basket, hammock and sun loungers to relax. The area offers picturesque villages and beautiful hiking and biking routes. Free access to an indoor swimming pool.

The space
The house is very tastefully decorated with a lot of wood and with all comforts. In addition to the spacious living room/open kitchen and wood stove, there are 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet) on the 2nd floor.

If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the garden on different terraces and, if desired, use the hammock, the lounge set, a large 6-person dining table, a picnic table, a BBQ, a fire basket and also 2 sunbeds.

Our price includes water, Gas, electricity, wood for fireplace, bedding (made beds on arrival), linen, tea towels and WIFI.

The indoor swimming pool : located 500 meters from the house. The swimming pool is free and may be used by the owners and guests of the small-scale park.

The overnight stay is without breakfast.

Pets unfortunately not allowed.

Charging of electric cars at the house is NOT allowed, check this from the park! There are special charging points at the park, only 100 meters from the house.

The house is located on the edge of a quiet cozy small-scale holiday park where river De Regge flows along. Landal manages facilities here such as a restaurant, an indoor free swimming pool, a sports field and a miniature golf course ( both for a fee). As a guest of our holiday villa, you can all use this. For small children there are various playgrounds and a small petting zoo. For the lovers there is a fish pond. At the reception of the park you can rent (electric) bicycles and scooters. Various hiking and biking routes start from the park.

PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes the farmer plants corn behind our house, and in the months of August/September, the unobstructed view may be somewhat blocked by the height of the cornfield. Please ask us if this is an important point for you.

A laundromat is available at the park.
