The space
The unit is surrounded by CCTV cameras (outside) and there’s stairs going down the unit (about 30 steps). It is along the national road, so the place is accessible when you want to commute, it is also near the jeepney terminal; only a few steps away.

Wake up early to witness a serene view of the sunrise which can be seen from the unit.
