The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. This completely renovated 1300sf Loft apartment has the latest of everything. New high efficiency stainless steel appliances, new central heating and air conditioning, granite tops with expansive counter seating. Three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms as well as a bonus upper loft lounge area that can also be used for sleeping or just hanging out and watching movies. Walk to great restaurants in downtown Hampton .

The space
Our place was recently renovated and is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is a loft style apartment and there are many steps so is better suited for adult guess and children above age 12.

Guest access
Street parking is available directly in front of our building.
The property is well lighted with dusk to dawn lighting on exterior front and rear of building.
Our lockboxes are secured to the building and easily accessible next to the entrance door.
We also have security cameras on the exterior of our building.

Other things to note
We supply complimentary toiletries in our unit. However, we don’t provide an endless supply for longer stays and suggest guest on more than 5 day booking bring supplies.
However we do offer a in unit washer and dryer and a large supply of towels.
