The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, refrigerator, dishes and cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher and invites you to linger and sit together.

The living room with its cozy seating furniture provides social or relaxing moments.

Our house has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a wardrobe, dresser, armchair and TV.

The triple room "Fuchs & Hase" is equipped with a French bed and a single bed.

The double room "Fuchs" is equipped with a French bed.

The single room "rabbit" is equipped with a single bed.

Fuchs & rabbit has 2 bathrooms with bathtub or shower and hairdryer as well as a separate toilet.

The kitchen, living room and bedroom with the single bed as well as the bathroom with bathtub and toilet are on the same floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. The second bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine is located in the basement.

Other amenities of our house include Internet with 250 Mbit/s, Wi-Fi, workstations for home office & workation, a fire basket with grill function, a bicycle cellar, a washing machine and an iron with ironing board, a children's high chair 0-6 years and a baby bed.

At the beginning of the park, there is a playground.
