This is the most charming family vibe mountain retreat w/ rustic touches, cozy wood accents & offering an idyllic retreat from the hustle & bustle of everyday life. Nestled on a massive fully fenced corner lot & boasts its private slope & surrounded by stunning alpine foliage in the picturesque Moonridge. Unwind in our newly renovated & modern home, mins from the lake, village & ski resorts.

The space
Our U Bears’ Den home is 911 square feet, built in 1957 but newly renovated and updated to provide you and your family great relaxation and comfort on your stay. As you walked in, You’ll be greeted by our living area with warm, natural hues with a bit of modern minimalistic designs. The view from the living and dining area is inviting and relaxing, with a gorgeous brand new stone fireplace for when you want that blazing fire on a chilly winter night. We have new stainless steel appliances in our well equipped kitchen. Our bathroom is newly renovated as well and stocked with salon quality toilettres. We have two bedroom, 3 comfortable beds (Queen, Full and Twin) and plush bedding for ultimate comfort. We provide high speed internet and a HD smart TV. A wall heater is located in the living room and a portable electric heater is provided in each of the two bedrooms.

Air Conditioning is available in this cabin during summertime June to September

We provide a Nespresso machine in our Airbnb, along with 6 complimentary pods. You’re welcome to bring additional pods if you’d like more during your stay.



Our fully fenced backyard is amazingly huge with own private slope and sledding hill. We have a beautiful firepit with adirondack chairs, gas barbeque grill, picnic table, badminton area etc.

We have so much Indoor board games and Giant Outdoor games to choose from. Some of our Outdoor games are giant connect four, giant jinga, giant bucket pong, kids sleds and so much more.

Guest access
When reserved, whole place is yours and will be dedicated for you and your loved ones. This property is fully fenced so you are safe.

Other things to note
PLEASE READ the following carefully, as it is very important:

▪️The host NEED your EMAIL ADDRESS so she can send the Good Neighbor Policy via DocuSign. The County of San Bernardino and the City of Big Bear Lake require all guests to sign this document prior to check-in. Additionally, she will need a COPY of your ID. Although you are already verified by Airbnb, we do not receive a copy of guests' IDs from Airbnb.

As part of our check-in procedure, verifying the identity of the guest helps ensure the safety and security of both parties. Please rest assured that any information you provide will be kept private and used solely for this purpose.


▪️PETS are NOT ALLOWED in the property. IMMEDIATE EVICTION with no refunds will happen if a pet is snuck in the property.

▪️This cabin is smoke-free and cannabis-free. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

▪️ Occupancy Policy:
The maximum occupancy for this property is 5 GUESTs for the entire duration of your stay per Big Bear Lake City Rule. This limit must not be exceeded at any time. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of eviction.
Unregistered Guests:
Extra guests or "day visitors" are not permitted, even for brief visits, during your stay. Please ensure that all individuals staying at the property are registered. Gatherings are strictly prohibited on the property if they exceed the maximum occupancy of 5 people.

Parties or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.


▪️EarlyCheck-in/Late Check-out
Early Check-in is possible if there are no guests booked the night before and it is $50 per hour.

We allow late check-out, as our cleaner charges a fee if they are unable to clean on time. Late check-out is permitted only up to one hour only after the standard check-out time of 11:00 AM, and it also incurs a fee of $50 per hour.

▪️Please note: Big Bear is a mountain town where power outages are quite common. Most of the time, power is restored quickly. We will initiate Refunds accordingly.

▪️Nov 1 to April 30 each year.
State law requires ALL vehicles (including 4-wheel and all-wheel drive) to carry tire chains or cables when entering chain-control zones (CA Vehicle Code Section 605). All vehicles must have chains or cables that fit properly and are in good repair.

▪️ Per Big Bear Lake City rule each guest will throw away their trash after their stay.

$50 fine per bag if you leave your trash in this property.

▪️Important Travel Information:
Routes to Big Bear: There are three main routes to access Big Bear: HWY 330, 18, and 38. Snow or road conditions may require you to take a different route than expected. Please plan accordingly.
Road Closures & Refund Policy: If a road closure occurs during your travel, we do not offer refunds as long as an alternate route is available during the check-in window.
Travel Insurance: Due to unpredictable winter conditions, travel insurance may be a wise choice to protect your trip.
Check Road Conditions: Always check current road conditions before heading up to the mountains to ensure a smooth journey.

▪️There’s no guarantee of snow—only Mother Nature knows for sure. Please check the weather before your trip. NO refunds when no snow outside.
