The space
FIVE STAR (see our reviews!) beachfront condo has 3 Bedrooms & 2 full baths and sleeps up to 8 people with a sofa bed in the Living Room. Many people have just used the condo as a couple, so even if you don't need all of the rooms, you can enjoy this beachside location. (If you only need one bedroom/bathroom, I can give you a discount on cleaning)
I do my BEST to accommodate you if you need to check in late or early.... so if there is no one there on the same day, I'd be glad to let you check in early, and I don't charge for that! The heated pool in the early Spring/late fall Season is THE BEST!
You'll use the ELEVATOR or stairs to easily access the condo. When you first walk down the hall, there is a bedroom on each side (one with a queen bed & TV, the other has two Twin Beds and a TV, each with a closet, nightstand and luggage rack). Also on the left, is a full bathroom for these two rooms with a tub/shower combo. Continue down the hallway, & the room opens into the stocked kitchen and open Living Room and Dining area. The living room has plenty of room to relax, and even has a book/game/puzzle nook for the kids (my older kids are in their 30s and they use the magic 8 ball on every visit). The Master Bedroom and ensuite bath is located off the main living area and a balcony connects these two spaces, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony is large enough for a 4 person table/chairs and two side chairs for sipping your morning coffee.
The two pools are a great retreat after spending the day at the beach, and one is heated in the off season. Chairs/showers/bathrooms/water fountains are available, and you can also step inside the restaurant/bar for a quick bite, or a leisurely drink. My favorite there is the 9 oz Boat Grouper with lemon sauce. YUM. Across the street is a great park, large playground and library for the kids too. The locals play PICKLEBALL on temporary nets on the tennis court when there are no YMCA activities there. YMCA also has open play nights for pickleball.
We are located MID BEACH on Tybee Island. This means that our condo is right in the MIDDLE of the island, so you can walk south to the pier or walk north to the Lighthouse. Our stretch of beach is nice and wide so that you're not so crowded like the folks at the Pier. There is an easy ramp to take you over the dunes if you need to roll anything into the beach, including beach carts and wheelchairs. (My condo has handicap parking & elevator access )
My Social Media for TYBEE TURTLE TIME CONDO is full of restaurant reviews and behind the scenes for this condo. I bought this condo at the end of 2023 & painted the condo a soothing light ocean blue (instead of bright coral & yellow). I love sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee & evening glass of OTHER BEVERAGES! We are just steps from the beach...and the beach is accessible via wheelchair from Center Street. I can send you a video if needed of what to expect. (Beach Wheelchairs are available near the pier with a reservation). We (of course) have HIGH SPEED INTERNET and are known for all of the EXTRAs we provide... like condo supplies, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, etc.)

Welcome to your beachfront retreat on Tybee Island! Enjoy 1341 square feet of coastal bliss in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo perched on the 2nd floor with convenient elevator access. Marvel at the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean as you relax in style.
The fully-equipped kitchen ensures that every culinary need is met, boasting a collection of utensils, cookware, dishes, Keurig and regular coffee makers (starter pods, filters and regular coffee), crock pot, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker. Whether you're a gourmet chef or prefer simple beachside snacks, you'll find everything you need to whip up delightful meals.
Recently painted & cleaned, this home radiates a welcoming atmosphere. Families with kids will appreciate the dedicated kids' corner filled with games, books, puzzles and more. Friends will enjoy the open living room and dining area to keep the fun going.
Each bedroom and the Living room includes a TV with cable packages featuring HBO. Plus, you have the freedom to stream your favorite shows on Netflix or other platforms with the xfinity package.
Situated in the heart of Tybee Island's Mid Beach, you'll find yourself perfectly positioned, just one mile from both the pier and the north beach. Mid beach is a picturesque stretch where you'll be at the center of all the action, making it easy to enjoy the island's vibrant atmosphere. The YMCA across the street hosts exercise options and PICKLEBALL (MY FAV)! Ask me about these activities because I'm considering stocking the condo with pickleball paddles and maybe a net.
Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1: King Bed with ensuite bathroom, private balcony access, and a TV featuring cable and HBO. The closet stores many chairs/umbrellas etc for beach use.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with a TV featuring cable and HBO.
Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds with a TV featuring cable and HBO, plus direct access to the second bathroom.
Living Room: Sofa Bed with linens provided, and a large TV featuring cable and HBO.
Dining & Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy meals together at the dining room table, which comfortably seats 8, or pull up a stool at the bar with additional seating for 3. Step outside to the balcony, furnished with a table for 4 and two extra chairs, where you can savor the sunrise or relax with the evening breeze.

We allow your precious pets in the condo for a one time fee (for extra cleaning), so please contact me if you have any questions. We are in a condo, so please note that you pet may not be a good fit if he/she is a barker when you leave.
During the months of November thru February, I can offer a long term/monthly rate, so please inquire regarding this.
Tybee Island has an ordinance for quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. Large parties are not allowed in this unit, but we encourage lots of FUN with the registered guests! !
Please purchase travel insurance if you think your plans may change after the refundable date.
The pools are an included amenity, but please realize that breakdowns happen and it may not be a guaranteed amenity. (in 2023, it was only unavailable on 3 days). The second pool is HEATED, but in extreme cold months, it may not keep up to the 82 degree temperature, and it is heated, but not like a hot tub.
We have a ring video doorbell to monitor our guest entrance and for your safety.
