This property was designed as a boutique “Inn”. The garden room sleeps 2 with a spa quality private bath. Included is the full kitchen, laundry room and sitting area.

Other things to note
There is an additional fee for one house trained quiet pet $100/stay. They cannot be left in the room by themselves unless kenneled for no longer than 3 hours. They can be walked on our property and our neighborhood is great for walking the dogs. No animals on the furniture, please pick up after your pet.

Please turn out the lights and keep thermostat between 70/76 the house is well insulated and each room has its own HVAC unit

We are located in the quiet West University Historic area. A short stroll down via tree canopied sidewalks to “Maggie’s” or to the “Time Market” for fresh healthy meals . Time market is the spot for daily baked bread, exotic cheeses and a great selection of beer and wine.

You will pass lovely historic homes, each unique, built in the early 1900s. Many with large porches and mature landscape.
Our Downtown is thriving and a 15 minute walk away. Guests generally park their car in our gated parking lot and walk to dinner or hop on the trolly and explore the University area a mile away.

There are three large king suites, each unique, constructed recently as a labor of love, paying great attention to quality and overall detail. The objects you'll see are treasures obtained during my career as an international architect.
