Nowadays, there are more and more fake Japans created for tourists in Japan, but in this traditional house you can experience authentic Japanese life.
In this spacious 5LDK house, you can relax on the tatami mats and sleep on futons. You can enjoy the same scenery and go shopping at the same supermarket as the locals, just like a authentic Japanese life. The house is also decorated with traditional Japanese seasonal decorations. You can also enjoy barbecues and sunbathing in the garden.

The space
This is a 33-year-old Japanese house. It is not old enough to be called a "kominka" (traditional Japanese-style house), but it has the traditional Japanese style of construction.
You can freely use the five Japanese-style rooms, one Western-style room, and the dining kitchen on the first floor for yourself. (The host will greet you at check-in and check-out, but at other times it will be reserved for your private use.)
The toilet and bath have been completely renovated.
You can relax and watch the garden from the verandah, where you can enjoy BBQ or run around and play.

Where you’ll be

Higashihiroshima-Shi, Hiroshima-ken, Japan

Kurose-cho is a town with a nostalgic landscape located between Nishijo, the center of Higashihiroshima City, and Kure City.
Kurose Town is sometimes called a "town with nothing", but in fact, there are local specialties and attractions that locals love.
Here's a little introduction...
There is exquisite Japanese black beef raised in the town's own ranch, which is not found anywhere else (the meat is said to have been praised by Mr. Shunro Kanda, and the directly managed yakiniku restaurant is also listed in the Michelin Guide Hiroshima version)
There is a small art museum with a unique and stylish building that attracts attention, and architects and designers from overseas visit,
There is a Karinto-ya shop that is particular about using Hiroshima ingredients and "no preservatives, colorings, or fragrances", and was even featured at the G7 Hiroshima Summit,
and more
You can enjoy Hiroshima in a way that is not possible in famous tourist destinations, discovering little-known specialties and attractions that are not even listed in Hiroshima's tourist guidebooks.

There is also a supermarket, convenience store, and delicious restaurants within a 10-minute walk around the facility.
There is a large park in front of the house with lots of playground equipment, including swings and athletic equipment, as well as an area where children from 1 to 3 years old can play, and an area where you can observe plants, insects, and bugs in nature, so children can enjoy themselves in various ways.
