Other things to note
Please note the following:
- We can accept a maximum of 2 guests and 1 dog at Tregoney.
- There is no rear garden at Tregoney cottage. There is a south-facing patio area to the front with bistro table and chairs which faces the lane. For any four-legged friends, there is plenty of green space around the cottage for toilet trips!
- This is a very old cottage (c.200 years old!) and as such, has some quirks - downstairs ceilings are fairly low (c.2m), elderly or less mobile people may find the stairs steep/difficult (winding staircase with 9 steps), a low beam as you enter the bedroom, eaves in the bathroom area and a free-standing shower bath which again elderly or less mobile people may have difficulty stepping into the bath/shower.
- There is no allocated parking for Tregoney cottage so please do not park on or block the lane outside of the cottage. There is free on-street parking at the bottom of the lane on Sheep Hill (approx 100 yards from the cottage).
- The cottage is equipped with a gorgeous baby electric AGA. These work slightly differently to conventional ovens so please familiarise yourself with the instructions provided in the kitchen (we're always on hand to answer any questions!).
