Tower Cottage Halifax. Relax at my 5*, cozy cottage set in a quiet location near Halifax & Sowerby Bridge.

Surrounded by stunning views & beautiful countryside we’re ideally placed to visit; The Piece Hall, Shibden Hall, Hebden Bridge and Howarth.

The space
Welcome to Tower Cottage - Halifax

My guests have access to the whole house and garden/terrace area with stunning views over the surrounding countryside. The cottage is tastefully designed to create a relaxing break for up to 4 people.

- Cozy lounge - with smart TV, local artwork and charming fireplace.

- Kitchen - kitted out with everything you need to self-cater meals. Kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine.

- Bedroom 1 - large double bedroom with lovely views over the valley.

- Bedroom 2 - comfy double room with a view over the cute cobbles at the back.

- Bathroom - with large walk-in rain shower. Towels, essential toiletries and toilet roll provided.

- Garden - guests have access to the terrace behind the house. There are steep steps up to the top but the beautiful views are worth it. The terrace catches the sunshine all day so make sure you pack the lotion. ❤️

- Sorry no pets

Guest access
Halifax, Hebden Bridge and Sowerby Bridge are all easily accessible from the cottage.

Access to the cottage is with a key code which we’ll send before arrival.

You can walk straight out of the house to lovely paths and woods or it’s really easy to get a cheap local taxi.

There is easy, free parking. We have spaces in front of the cottage or just down the street. No parking badge is required.

Other things to note
No pets.

The cottage is 135 old and quaint.
Therefore it’s not suitable for any more than 4 guests (including children).

We don’t accept additional beds on floors or in the lounge area. Being an old cottage the steps are steep so not suitable for very small children. 😞

There is also a step into the kitchen, a small step into the second bedroom and a couple of steps into the bathroom. As an old cottage it’s a bit higgledy-piggledy.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighbourhood is quiet - like being in the countryside but with access to town amenities close by.

There is a Tesco (short drive) and Sainsbury Local (20 min walk).

The cottage is close to woodland and further down the hill is the canal - great for walks. It’s a safe, quiet area of Halifax near Saville Park and Manor Heath.
