The Tin Can at Case Rock provides a clean, safe alternative immersed in nature, yet on the grid and easily accessible to civilization. It is for the practical traveler who wants an affordable home base for all their explorations and activities and a quiet place to relax. The Tin Can at Case Rock is a mobile home located at the end of a clean, quiet street of other mobile homes and a working farm. It faces our 105 acre eco-retreat, at the trail head for 3 miles of hiking trails, ~1 mile hike to the scenic Locust Fork River, and you will likely see no one. Whether you are in town for a concert or a business trip, The Tin Can at Case Rock is the perfect solution. Can't get a weekend at our other property, Case Rock Cabin? Check the calendar for the Tin Can for availability and have access to the same trails on the same eco-retreat, just with all the modern conveniences and access to your own car. The Tin Can is also kid-friendly. While children under 6 are not allowed at Case Rock Cabin, children of all ages are welcome at the Tin Can at Case Rock, with plenty of room for them to roam.

★ Travel with your pets! We welcome pets, but just ask that you bring its crate and bed and do not leave it unattended in the house unless it is crated. Unfortunately, our insurance company does not allow us to have Rottweilers, Pitts, or Pitt mixes. Please clean up after your pets. Most importantly, dogs MUST remain leashed AT ALL TIMES when outside or risk invoking the wrath of the property manager who supervises the neighborhood. Trust me, you don't want to mess with her.
▪︎ We charge $20 for a large tub of firewood, firestarter, and matches. We will deliver it to you.
The great feature of this property is its quietness and privacy at the end of a street. The neighbors also appreciate their quietness and privacy, therefore parties and excessive noise are absolutely forbidden. The property manager is very strict on this, and we are only allowed to offer this property through AirBnB under this condition. There is also NO SPEEDING on Suddeth Drive, the road to the Tin Can at Case Rock. Please follow the posted speed limit of 10 mph. If we get reports you have violated the rules, you WILL be asked to leave.

You may hike the nearly three miles of trails and fish, float or kayak the river.

CASE ROCK CANDLE—16 oz, 3 wick soy candle from Bemele Candles in custom blended scent of pine trees and campfire smoke (AKA Essence of Glenn). 80-112 hour burn time. $22
NOTE: Once you turn off the main road, you may wonder to yourself where am I going and what have I gotten myself into. You will be driving through a working farm and past some manufactured homes, and the view is rustic. But trust us when we say that the experience is worth it and not at all reflective of the scenery in the neighborhood, which is actually very safe and quiet. The property manager maintains low noise levels and a calm setting.
