This spacious house (55m2) is extremely suitable for hikers, cyclists and families with kids. Right next to the house is the Eifel National Park, and a few minutes' drive away is the Rursee. This is one of the largest reservoirs in Germany and offers many water sports opportunities.

From the balcony, you have the most beautiful view of the village, over the beautiful mountain landscape of the Eifel.

The space
The vacation home has two spacious bedrooms. One room contains a large double bed (2 by 2 meters!), and the other room has two single beds.

Furthermore, the entire vacation home has floor heating, so in winter you will never suffer from cold feet. What is also a big plus are the electric shutters that make it nice and dark at night and provide coolness in the summer.

The kitchen is equipped with every comfort. In addition to an electric gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, coffee maker, the further inventory is more than complete. Even the children have been thought of (plastic plates, cutlery, bowls and cups).

In the living room, there is a nice corner sofa and a dining table. The Smart TV not only has the German channels, but also a Netflix and Prime subscription. Furthermore, there is even an Xbox 360 game console with a number of cool games and a wireless controller.

The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet and a sink with mirror. You will also find a handy washing machine that you can use free of charge during your stay.

The vacation home has a somewhat larger and a small balcony, including a great view over the valley of Heimbach. Ideal for a BBQ on a sultry summer evening.

Upon request, we also have a crib, changing mat and/or high chair available.

Neighborhood highlights

Our house is right next to the National Park, where you can walk endlessly. It is a quiet street. Because we are the second last house and the street is dead-end for cars, there are hardly any cars passing by. Please note: with nice weather (especially on Sundays) you can hear motorcyclists everywhere in the Eifel.

Furthermore, there are two restaurants (Hasenfelder Hof & Hotel Hinter Den Spiegeln) within a few minutes' walking distance of the house.

Our neighbors are friendly, always say hello to each other. The neighborhood is also clean and tidy.

We have fallen in love with this village in the beautiful Eifel years ago. Especially the combination of the mountains, a large lake and enough sights attracted us very much. In 2017 we saw this house for sale, with, among other things, the beautiful views. Since then, we have been hosting so you can enjoy it too. Feel at home in our lovely home in the Eifel.
