En-suite bathroom to ground floor bedroom with ‘Hospital Style’ double feature bed, & super fast Broadband En suite is tiny if you are over 6’ you won’t get into shower easily

Other things to note
OK to pull up outside on double yellows unload then park leisure centre or Rugby Club are good value 15 min walk. Nearer parking by launderette, Park Lane or Barnoon.
Smart TV works vis internet. Bedroom TV for BBC etc

Neighborhood highlights

Great location just by St Ives Theatre & the local Picture House. Shops, Galleries, Pubs & Bars on door step Harbour 3 min walk. We spend the whole time walking the lovely tiny streets even walking to Hayle via Beach & Estuary. Carbis Bay walk is amazing with a great Hotel at end of it. Good coastal train service & a fab bus service for fun too.
