This fun and stylish studio loft is located right in the heart of Downtown Jonesboro on Main Street. It is walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Both hospitals and Arkansas State University are a short drive away. This loft has been recently renovated and furnished including a king size bed with a dream inducing memory foam mattress. There is also a full living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

The space
This upstairs studio loft does have a kitchen, but it's not fully stocked with pots and pans. Most guests will find that this location lends itself to eating out instead of staying in to cook. It does have a Keurig set up and a few snacks. For your convenience, the loft has a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for you in case you need them during your stay! The full bathroom has been stocked with mini shampoos, soap, and Neutrogena make-up wipes.
The living area has plenty of seating to lounge in. The king size bed in the bedroom area has a super comfy memory foam mattress.
WiFi in the space is fast! I made sure to get a high power wireless cable modem. Also, the television is a smart tv, so you can login to your streaming accounts like Netflix.

Guests have access to the entire studio loft and everything inside.

Other things to note
It’s an old building downtown. So there are stairs. 22 of them to be exact, and no elevator. So if stairs aren’t your thing, the Loft on Main may not be the place for you.
Also, there is street parking on Main. Signs say “2 hour parking” but there’s no parking enforcement in Jonesboro. So you’re good to park there as long as you want. There’s also a 24 hour lot at the end of the street. Corner of Main and Burke. It’s about a block walk to the loft from there.
