We have two sleeping quarters; the Main House and the Casita (Both are part of booking and included in the price):
**The Main House is 2 bedrooms and 1 Bath with kitchen and living area.

There is also another bathroom attached to the casita, but you access it through a door outside by the hot tub. The key is in the Casita on the bar cart.

Guest access
The guest has full access to the entire property and all of its amenities. We will send a code the day of check in for you to access the property for the duration of your stay. We also have a local manager who will be available should you need any assistance during your visit.

Other things to note
** Guests use pool, hot tub and other amenities at their own risk **
As for pool heating, we charge $150/night (all nights must be included) and we require 24hr notice prior to check in.
We heat the pool to 87 degrees when pool heating is paid for.
During summer months, the pool can get up to 90 degrees just from the external temperatures.
If you'd like us to add, please let us know and we will send over the request for payment prior to check in.
This is the PERFECT spot for an ultimate social media photoshoot! Unlimited content possibilities. Plus, we've set up the back yard with so many activities, that you'll never want to leave.

CRITTERS:
We have monthly pest control, but the remoteness of the home means you are in their habitat. Bugs, rodents, snakes etc. are common in the desert. Please make sure to keep all doors and windows shut and close them immediately after entering to ensure you aren't letting flies or other critters inside.
