20 acres of pristine desert land to yourself at the beautifully designed Graham Residence, only 15 minutes from town, with fast wifi.

The Graham Residence has been profiled in Dwell Magazine (multiple times), The Perfect Hideaway, Airbnb, The Panafold, the list goes on. It is is nestled among weathered boulders, ancient junipers, desert oaks and piñon pines in Yucca Valley.

The space
The 1250-square-foot steel-and-glass home features two bedrooms and one bathroom. A generous living room has ample seating options and stunning views out of multiple sliding glass doors. Outside are two large decks with comfortable furniture and an outdoor dining table. A Jacuzzi-brand hot tub sits away from the house on a rock outcrop offering views in all directions. Other outdoor amenities include a propane fire feature, propane BBQ, an outdoor shower, and solar-powered EV charger. Although the house is solar powered, it is still connected to the grid so you have power even if it is cloudy.

Guest access
You will have the house and surrounding land to yourself. Go for a hike on our 20 acre property or on the neighboring BLM land!
