There are two bedrooms with large closets, air conditioning, fans, heating, comfortable beds and everything a tech fan could wish for, from SmartTV with soundbar to PS4. Internet 600/600 MB. The space
We have designed our apartment with a lot of love and accuracy so that our guests can enjoy it as much as we do.
The apartment is divided into two levels:
Entrance:
You reach the eighth floor by elevator and arrive in an entrance area. There is a shoe cabinet, space to hang clothes and everything you need for beach and sports. From sun loungers, beach towels and a beach umbrella to games, boards and balls. For sports: paddles and tennis rackets, soccer, basketball, tennis and paddle balls and bowling pins. Dumbbells, mat and rubber bands so as not to interrupt the training.
Living and dining room:
On the lower floor is the living area. You enter the spacious living room, where you can enjoy the view from anywhere in the room through the floor-to-ceiling windows. With the 49-inch smart TV with USB output and the soundbar, you can continue the unfinished series on Netflix and enjoy your favorite music. The little ones will have fun with the Play Station 4 and the matching games. The living room is over 9 meters long together with the dining room. This can accommodate up to 6 people and has ergonomic chairs, from where you can access the kitchen.
Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything to make cooking and food preparation fun. Induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cordless vacuum cleaner, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, kitchen scale, hand blender, mandolin, iron, ironing board, electric grill for the balcony, large sink with a draining faucet and a large selection and amount of dishes and cutlery for more comfort. Extras: dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, laundry detergent, cleaning agents, paper towels, wrapping paper, foil, napkins, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and numerous spices for cooking.
Bedroom 1:
Sleeping with the sound of the waves in summer, waking up to the sea breeze coming through the window and the sun reflecting in the sea in front of the bed is one of the most beautiful and exclusive moments we can offer you. If you prefer it dark, all windows in the apartment have shutters. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed with a 27 cm high pocket spring mattress. Bedside lamps with reading light. The large wardrobe with sliding doors has an area for suitcases. Air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe and desk.
Bedroom 2:
The second room has 2 x 290 x 200 cm beds with 24 cm high bag mattresses, which can be put together to form a 180 x 200 cm double bed. The wardrobe offers a hanging area and drawers. Air conditioning, ceiling fan and balcony door leading to a small gallery.
Bath:
The bathroom has been designed with simple and modern lines. It has an outside window, rain shower with thermostat and hand shower, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. Mirror with integrated lighting, cosmetic mirror and sufficient storage space, hair dryer, towels for the bathroom and towels for the beach or pool.
Balcony:
The balcony is our favorite place, inviting us to enjoy the days by the sea. Thanks to its design with diagonal walls, it allows us wide views and gives us privacy. The advantage of the northeastern view is that it allows us to enjoy the coast from El Campello to Benidorn, which creates a very special atmosphere when the lights go on. If you are lucky enough to visit us at full moon, you should not miss this show.
Internet :
With the 600 Mb/600 Mb fiber optic, you can not only surf at high speed, but also participate in business video conferences if necessary.
Air conditioning and heating:
The apartment has 3 splits and 3 electric radiators. In summer, the powerful devices dispose of condensation, which unfortunately can only collect in 2 buckets on the balcony and which the guest must empty regularly.
In winter, heating with radiators becomes more effective and pleasant.
Bed linens and towels:
All bed linen and towels in the bathroom are white and 100% cotton. Beach and pool towels are light and quick drying. The price includes 1 set of bed linens and towels per person. If you need additional sheets or towels, do not hesitate to contact us in good time before your arrival.
Books:
For book lovers, there are a number of books in different languages and for different tastes and age groups, some are donated by our guests.
Games:
There are numerous card and board games for various age groups.
The area is very quiet and familiar and the apartment is spacious, bright and modern. If you want to rest and enjoy, this is undoubtedly the right place for your vacation!
Guest access
Complete and large community on the first line of Muchavista beach with all the services available to our guests.
The beach is 150 meters away. The complex has free parking, swimming pools, children's playground, tennis and paddle courts, soccer, basketball, bocce and parks.
One of the pools is Olympic size. It is only open in the summer and offers a lifeguard, toilets, swimming lessons for children and aquafitness for adults (for a fee). The other pool is usually open from March to October. Next to both pools are the baby pools.
Supermarket and hairdresser are located next to the main entrance of the complex and tram stop opposite. Large supermarkets, gas stations, pharmacies and other shops are a few minutes drive away. Bakery, bar and restaurants are 500-700 meters away. In the summer season, there is a beach bar in front of the community.
The promenade invites you to walk or run in all seasons. Close to water sports or golf.
During the winter months, you can enjoy the microclimate of this area with the most sunny days and very low rain probability. At this time, temperatures around 20 degrees are normal.
The area is very quiet and familiar and the apartment is spacious, bright and modern. If you want to rest and enjoy, this is undoubtedly the right place for your vacation!
Other things to note
The air conditioning and hot bodies work best when windows and door remain closed. It is forbidden to leave the air conditioning or heating on when leaving the apartment.
