Direct oceanfront retreat with a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Our serene 4th‑floor coastal escape offers a beautifully presented, well‑equipped space perfect for peaceful getaways in any season.

The space
This is our family’s oceanfront escape, and we’re delighted to share it with guests who love the coast as much as we do. Enjoy a glass of wine on the private balcony as the waves roll in, and greet the morning with a breathtaking Atlantic sunrise and perhaps a glimpse of the dolphins as they swim down the coast.
Our fully equipped 4th‑floor condo sits in a well‑maintained, mid‑town building in a quieter stretch of Ocean City, with great restaurants, relaxed bars, lunch spots, and a (seasonal) grocery store all within an easy walk.
**Families**
We welcome families! Please note however, that our space is not baby / toddler proof. We have a large glass display cabinet in the living room which holds various item including glassware for your use. Before booking, please evaluate if our accommodation is a good fit for your family.
**Sleeping arrangements**
Bedroom 1 : Queen Bed in primary bedroom
Bedroom 2: Twin bed, Bunk with twin over full. (To avoid climbing on the bed, we do not make up the top bunk unless given adequate notice. Clean linens will be left on the top bunk for your convenience).
**PARKING ** There are two assigned parking spots, one in the underground garage, please note the garage has limited clearance (6'4"), and there is an additional space in a private lot behind the condo. Non-metered on-street parking is also available.
**Heating / Cooling**
We have a smart thermostat on an older system. You have access to adjust the temperature to your comfort level within a set range. (68 degrees minimum cool during the summer months).
**The Condominium Building**
The majority of the units in this block are private vacation homes and are not rented. Some of our neighbors live in the block full time. The association does have external security cameras around the building and in common areas. There is an elevator, but the condo can be accessed via external stairs and a walkway.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Neighborhood highlights
Located right on the beachfront in a less built-up area so you wont be fighting for a spot on the sand. The path through the sand dunes is right outside the condo! Grocery store is 5 minutes walk away (Open from May-September) and there are several great restaurants and breakfast/ lunch venues nearby.

We are fortunate to have a lifeguard station right in front of our property. During the summer season, lifeguards are on duty from 10am - 5.30pm. Surfing is prohibited during the times when the lifeguard is on duty. However there is a rotating surf beach - you can check online to see the annual calendar.
