Hi, I'm Chris. My wife Kim and I are excited to host you.

Your family will be close to EVERYTHING when you stay at this centrally-located brand new home within walking distance to restaurants, a ski-rental shop, lakes, trails and even a supermarket! 30 minutes away is the world famous Ski Sunrise Park resort that hosts all sorts of winter sports and summer time concerts.

The back yard views features a deer trail and peaceful views of the pine forest.

The space
The home is just a hair under 1200 square feet and features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and central heating and cooling. The back and side yards are covered with pavers and is completely enclosed for privacy and safety.

The back porch is slightly elevated so that you can gaze over the fence into the forest and see the occasional deer (early AM is best!).

Guest access
You' have full access to the entire home with the exception of the garage and the master linen closet (for the cleaners).

Both the walk-in master closet and the second bedroom closet are available and will have a small quantity of hangers in each.
