TK studio is a project of a local Costa Rican family. It is located 150m of the best surf spot, clear waters and the largest waves in town. Surrounded by good restaurants, supermarkets, and nightlife. The studio has equipped kitchen, private bathroom and working area with 100MB fiber optic. Parking is stocked. Pets welcome.

The room is studio type, with its kitchen and private bathroom. It's great for surfing and remote workers. It has a desk and executive chair with 100MB fiber optic internet. The place is quiet and in the driveway has its outdoor shower and private parking.

It's located within a 5-minute walk of the village's best surf spot, locally called La Lora, with the village's largest waves. Hike you can find a supermarket, lots of restaurants, and nightlife.
