I have completely adapted my former photo studio on the outskirts of the small village of Gelselaar to offer you a comfortable and cozy stay.
As mentioned, the studio is on the outskirts of the village, and you are therefore within a hundred steps between the meadows and the beautiful countryside.
Plenty of opportunity to relax, or to be active!
The surroundings of Gelselaar offer plenty of opportunities to relax and/or visit museums and other forms of art and culture.

The space
The former studio is actually 1 large comfortable room with a sleeping area, dining area, seats, bathroom, a sleeping loft and semi-open kitchen. The bathroom is of course a separate room. On the ground floor, there is a 160x200 bed with two single mattresses, and on the sleeping loft, there are two 90x200 sleeping chairs, so that 4 people can stay/sleep.
The loft is accessible via a narrow staircase, which is perhaps something to take into account if you want to come here with young children.

Guest access
The entire space is available to you. There is a cozy outdoor terrace behind the studio. Bicycles can be stored indoors (not locked) and possibly charged.
For the sporty race/gravel or ATB cyclists: there is also an opportunity to clean or maintain the bikes behind the studio.
In front of the studio, there is 1 parking space, and 30 meters away, there are several more parking spaces.

Other things to note
-Studio 5nul1 does not have a breakfast service, so you have to take care of your own food and drinks. Possibly, in consultation, a breakfast package can be provided so that you do not have to go to a supermarket in the morning. You can indicate this in our message box that we have after booking.

-Gelselaar has a village festival every year in the last weekend of August. The village festival starts on Thursday and ends on Sunday afternoon. The studio is right across from the party grounds. The crowds and the music will certainly not escape you and may be a reason to make your booking at another time. On the other hand, it is a great opportunity to enjoy the party and also to be able to stay overnight nearby!

Neighborhood highlights

Gysteemaar is a small, beautiful, quiet and cozy village in the province of Gelderland, near the border with Overijssel. The village has about 650 inhabitants and is part of the municipality of Berkelland. Gelselaar is an old esdorp, which originated around a chapel that was built in the 15th century. The chapel is now a Protestant church, which has recently become unavailable. Boar has a rich cultural history, which can be seen in the landscape, the farms and the havezate Bevervoorde, the remains of which can be seen. Gelselaar has the status Protected Village Face.

In Jar, you can play sports with hiking or biking, enjoying nature, history and the hospitality of its residents.

Walking and biking in the Achterhoek is a great way to enjoy the region's nature, culture, and hospitality.
There are clog paths, nodes, race, gravel or ATB routes.
These routes will take you past beautiful landscapes, historic villages, castles and museums.
Or you can of course put together your own route, using the various bike networks that are there in the Achterhoek.
Studio 5 zero 1 also has many routes that can of course be put on navigation devices.
Cycling and walking in the Achterhoek is an experience for young and old!
