Quirks to note:
“Twisty thing” is missing from many of the blinds and a couple don’t pull up.
Toilet handle needs to be held for 3 seconds when flushing.
There are no screen doors yet.
The front lawn maintenance comes Friday morning.

• Twin room with two low-to-the-ground beds + rocking chair
• Full bathroom with double vanity + shower (remodeled April 2026)
• Extra pillows + blankets in closets
The primary (queen) bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home for added privacy and includes:
• Private access to the backyard + covered patio
• Workspace with desk and chair
• Secure door with knob + deadbolt
🍼 INFANT ITEMS AVAILABLE: Pack and play, bassinet, high chair with “splat mat”, bouncer, baby tub, floor playtime mat!

Guest access
The door code will be the last 4 of your phone number. Pull the front door handle towards you when locking/unlocking. Dead bolt can be a little finicky. We can sometimes accommodate early check in or late check out complimentary, but may need a fee if cleaner has to be scheduled differently.

You’re welcome to use the baby items in the primary bedroom closet, including a bassinet, bouncer seat, high chair, and pack & play.
This is an older home with a more simple, lived-in feel—but it’s very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for real-life stays. It works especially well for:
• Families with kids of all ages
• Groups of adults
• Sports teams or group travel
Just a heads up: there is one bathroom, so larger groups may want to plan accordingly.
