Located in the Forest of Bowland AONB, this luxury lodge is the perfect escape to unwind and soak in the country air. Surrounded by rolling fells and winding valleys you will feel truly relaxed after visiting Hartley’s Huts.
The lodge is well kit out with an en suite bedroom in one half and kitchen/living area in the other half. The living area boasts a log burner which creates a cosy atmosphere whatever the season.

The space
The lodge is hand crafted using local timber grown on our own farm. You can cosy up in-front of the log burner or relax in the hot tub whilst gazing up at the stars.

Guest access
The lodge is in a cluster of 3 lodges but is still very private with plenty of distance between the lodges.

Other things to note
There are 3 lodges on site but are all fenced off and very private. There is a shared car park then a footpath leading to each lodge from there.

Hi, I’m Stuart. I’m the owner of Hartley’s Huts. We are a sheep farm located in the Forest of Bowland, Lancashire. I enjoy hill walking and exploring new areas. I’ve built three self catered cabins (The Shepherd’s Rest, the Hartley Hare and Hen Harrier Lodge) which are located on my family farm in the Hodder Valley.
