The space
Nearly 2000 sq ft on more than 2 acres, Solitude Pointe offers a peaceful, quiet, farmland setting. The main living area is a 2 story great room open to the kitchen. Take the black walnut stairs up to the spacious master bedroom suite on the second level, which boasts its own porch to take in the view. The 2 downstairs bedrooms share a full bath with double vanity and walk in shower. The entire lower floor is stained concrete. We had mixed success with finishing it - lets just say its got character. The kitchen has a microwave/oven combo unit, large refrigerator and ceramic cooktop in the island.
