We have 4 parking spaces inside the property, with nearby street parking also allowed. Eastridge Village collects a ₱100 entrance fee per vehicle upon entry, paid directly to the village.

Pets:
Pets are welcome. A ₱300 pet fee applies per pet (maximum of 2 pets). Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring pets.

Outdoor Grill:
The outdoor grill is available for guest use. Please bring your own charcoal if you plan to grill.

Security Cameras:
For guest safety, exterior security cameras are installed in outdoor areas only, including the entrance, parking area, back exterior, and pool area. There are no cameras inside the home.
