It is important to note the house currently does not have air conditioning. The rental only includes the driveway, the house and access to the back deck which you access from inside the house.
THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED!!! THE PEST COMPANY USES A RODENCIDE UNSAFE TO ANY ANIMALS.
All property behind the house is private property and you would be trespassing on someone else's property, leaving us the only option to terminate the reservation without a refund. Please do not venture behind the house or into any nearby woods, it is not our property. It is also important to note there is a separate apartment behind and below the house occasionally used by the owner, it is not accessible from the rental and divided off.

- for larger groups the bedroom with three single beds is designed for kids, same with game room day bed. you won't enjoy the house with large groups of all adults it's designed for groups of families.
- guest agrees to hold host, and owner, harmless for usage of this property. Property meets standard UCC and guest assumes all liability of usage for themselves and their party. Any claims must be submitted to Airbnb liability insurance and reported immediately.

*THURSDAY NIGHT GUESTS, the cans need to be moved from the shed to the curb at the road Thursday night and be out before 5am Friday. If they aren't at the end of the driveway at the curb they won't pick up the trash. Please put the cans back in the shed and bungee the lid after pickup.
DO NOT ACCESS THE PROPERTY BEHIND THE HOUSE, OR ADJACENT TO THE HOUSE, it is private property and if guests venture into it we may be forced to terminate the reservation. Your reservation is the house, driveway, and attached raised patio. Please stay out of the woods around the house and behind the house it is not included in the rental and is trespassing. You will see a big orange pole at the end of the driveway, put them there.
NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. FEDERAL LAW ALLOWS SERVICE ANIMALS HOWEVER WE USE A RODENT AGENT THAT THE PEST COMPANY WARNS US IS FATAL TO ANIMALS, IF ANYONE BOOKS WITH A SERVICE ANIMALS YOU AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS ANY DEATH OR INJURY DUE TO THE RODENT TREATMENT
