Nestled in an idyllic location amongst the hills of Old Ocean Grove and within easy walking distance to town, the beach and a supermarket complex.

Kickback and enjoy the quiet life, turn the record player on, make yourself a platter and bask in the sunshine on the expansive timber deck.

The space
Seabirds Landing is a comfortable modern home, fully equipped to cater for family gatherings, girls' trips or a relaxing couple's weekend away.

Seabirds Landing House offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 9 adults, with 3 king sized beds and 3 single beds - and a freestanding timber cot.

On the main level, you'll find 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen and upstairs there is a spacious retreat with a king size bed, sofa, tv, ensuite and balcony.

The deck is the perfect place to lounge, share a platter, park your surfboards, explore the vegetable and herb garden and watch your family play.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage.
Seabirds is perched on the higher side of the hill and the driveway is very steep, some vehicles may not be suitable to access the garage. Parking is also available on the street.

A camera monitors the entrance to the property for security purposes. It is not actively monitored during guest stays.

Towels and bedding are supplied for guests use during their stay.

Please BYO your own beach towels.

Strictly no parties. We request that all noise be restricted by 10pm. Noise in the area can travel and we like and respect our neighbours and do not wish to disturb their peace.

Other things to note
Bedroom 5 is an upstairs open space. It is a private space however please note that there is not a door that closes this space off at the top or bottom of the stairs. Please refer to the floor plan in the photo gallery for further detail. The upstairs space is not appropriate for children.

Seabirds Landing welcomes very well behaved small dogs for a pet fee of $50.
Unfortunately, the yard and house is not appropriate for large dogs.
A maximum of two small dogs are allowed per stay. Please make sure you include your dog in the booking.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Any evidence of dogs left behind will incur an extra cleaning fee of $150 and any excessive damage caused will be at the guests expense.
