My apartment inspired by my last visit to San Diego, it's FULLY RENOVATED and includes three bedrooms, a living room, with a fully modernized kitchen and two bathrooms. also, we have a beautiful BALCONY (my favorite spot).
Located in Masada street, around you can find a lot of arty cafés and restaurants – the best spot in Haifa.

The space
My apartment is 100 sqm (1076 sqft) + sunny balcony of 12 sqm (129 sqft),
It has 3 bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have a queen-size bed (200x160) and the third bedroom has 2 single beds (190x80) with super comfortable mattresses.
One bedroom is an ensuite, it has a private bathroom and a brand new 43” LG smart TV with Netflix, Spotify, etc.
All the windows in the apartment have electric blinds and in each room, we have an air conditioner.
In addition to the private bathroom, there is the main bathroom - 2 bathrooms in total.

In the living room, there is a big sofa, and a brand new 55” LG smart TV with Netflix, Spotify, etc.
From the living room, there is an exit to the beautiful balcony.
Also, we have a beautiful dining area that fits 6 guests.
In the bathroom there is a washing machine - feel free to use it

The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a refrigerator, oven, gas stoves, espresso machine, kettle, pans, pots, etc.
Also, there is a big kitchen counter with 4 spots for dining.

We invest a lot in cleaning with the high standard cleaning products and cleaning process, making sure to also ventilate the apartment after every guest's check-out.
Also, all towels and bed-linens are washed by a professional laundry place to reach the highest level of cleaning.

One more note, our building is not a fancy building - it's just an average Israeli old building but the apartment is fully renovated and luxurious, including all related infrastructure.

We have a private cabinet next to the balcony beside than that you have the entire house to yourself.

Parking:
There are 2 types of street parking in Haifa: one is free parking (grey sidewalk) and another side (blue and white sidewalk) is free only during the night from 19:00 to 9:00 and weekends.

It’s a small leafy road with a bookshop, arty cafés, restaurants, a “pre-loved” clothing shop, grocery stores, bars, and graffiti sprayed on every other building. The Broken Fingaz Crew – Haifa’s best-known graffiti collective – is behind many of the drawings on Masada Street.
