Julianadorp is centrally located on the island, with close proximity to a large supermarket and the most famous shopping mall on the island. Airport and beaches Kokomo & Blue Bay are a 5-minute drive away. 10 minutes from the city center of Willemstad.

A newly renovated stay on 700m2 of land. Quiet location in the nature. Neat, clean and well arranged. The stay has its own private driveway incl. two parking spaces.

Julianadorp is a quiet neighborhood built by the former Shell refinery. The neighborhood is characterized by large plots with lots of space and greenery. Our plot has only 1 neighbor. Directly from the front door, beautiful walking routes start over the Wechi estate.

Julianadorp is located centrally on the island. By car 10 minutes from the center of Willemstad, 5 minutes from the airport, supermarket, Kokomo Beach & Blue Bay.
