Located in the scenic countryside about 15mins drive from the beautiful historic Newbury Town Centre, Yew Tree Retreat has everything you'll ever need for a relaxing home away from home experience. From luxurious comfortable beds, fresh soft linens, amazing countryside views and a fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their favourite meals and unwind after a busy day.

The space
Yew Tree Retreat (Rose Suite) sleeps 5 people. There's a kingsize bed, small double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a fully equipped open plan livingroom/ Kitchen and overlooks a very large garden with stunning views. We also have EV chargers available at extra cost per night

Other things to note
No Open flames, Smoking or vaping permitted inside the Apartment. Guest can smoke in the garden but please ensure cigarettes are completely out and cannot reignite then dispose of cigarettes in the tray next to the bike shed.
If smoking has been detected inside the Apartment a fee of £100 will be charged to cover cleaning fees. Thank you
