Wide house showcases a great room with 20 ft ceilings and an 85 in flat screen television. Lux home. Perfect for large groups. Short walk to Philadelphia Convention Center and Reading Terminal Market. The house offers a mod kitchen and master suite.
Within 5 minutes of Love Park, Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, and Museum District.

The garage is large enough for a Jeep Wrangler, but we recommend parking a large SUV, van or pickup truck on the street or in a nearby parking lot. We also have a dedicated Tesla charger in the garage.

Neighborhood Etiquette: Our house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. Please enjoy the house, but keep noise levels to a reasonable level. Speakers and loud music are not allowed in the property. Excessive noise is prohibited by the City of Philadelphia and violators are subject to fines and penalties. Quite hours are 10pm to 8am per city ordinance. Absolutely no parties allowed per AirBnB policy.
