This 15 acre estate boasts expansive vineyard views and is just minutes from local wineries and downtown .You'll have the opportunity to embark on unforgettable wine tasting adventures at some of Paso Robles' most acclaimed vineyards.
Within a 10-minute drive, you'll find yourself in downtown Paso Robles, where a vibrant culinary scene, charming boutiques, and art galleries await.

The space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a tastefully decorated living space that exudes warmth and sophistication. The open floor plan allows for seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, making it an ideal space for entertaining and spending quality time with loved ones. One of the highlights of our house is the breathtaking vineyard views that surround the property, you’ll enjoy the view from every window.

Part of the charm of this hilltop country retreat is its rural setting. The driveway includes a short unpaved section of compacted road base that is regularly maintained. Guests driving low-profile or sports cars should be aware that the surface may not be suitable for vehicles with very low ground clearance.

Our outdoor fire pit is available for guest use during approved fire-safe periods.

Note that firewood is not provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own firewood.
Due to the elevated wildfire risk in Paso Robles, fires are not permitted during the dry summer season or during any local fire restrictions, red flag warnings, or burn bans.

Guests are welcome to enjoy and explore the surrounding property during their stay. Please note that this is a larger rural property and there is a separate residence on-site occupied by long-term tenants. While your home and outdoor spaces are private, you may occasionally see tenants coming and going on the property.

We ask all guests to be respectful of their privacy and avoid entering areas immediately surrounding the tenant residence.

Guests traveling with pets should keep them under control and supervised at all times, and should not allow them to roam near the tenant residence or other occupied areas of the property.
