A 3 bedroom, 2 bath, Santa Fe style home, with pool and roof top deck nested at the base of the Coral Mountains in beautiful La Quinta Cove. Enjoy the best of desert living with a private oasis including sitting areas, fountains, pebble tech pool, roof top deck and southwest decor. Just a few minutes away is Old Town, La Quinta, where you can shop, eat or grab a cup of coffee and enjoy everything our wonderful city has to offer. Close to Tennis Gardens, Coachella and more

No parties are permitted on property. There are strict noise restrictions in this area which are monitored daily.
-NO SOUND AMPLIFICATION DEVICE (radio, stereo, TV, etc.) can be used outside of the house at night or city regulated quiet hours.
-City Quiet Hours are 7pm-8am
-Any excessive noise or noise outside of quiet hours will result in a citation from the city, from $1000 to $3000. Any citation issued during your stay will be your responsibility, which will be forfeited from your security deposit.
