Escape to this spacious, vintage-styled retreat on 14 private acres in the ❤️ of the ANF! Perfect for groups and families, this unique home comfortably sleeps up to 9 in 4 BRs. Discover the bold vintage décor, open living spaces, and lots of spaces to relax and play. Large windows frame the sweeping views of the countryside, and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen makes cooking at home easy. Outside, enjoy the fire pit, grill, stunning sunsets, and direct access to the Knox & Kane rail trail.

The space
This unique home has a renovated kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths, a finished basement with a pool table, card table, dart board, and second living room area with large TV, gaming area, and treadmill. Outside, guests can enjoy the expansive 14 acre property with patios in the front and back, outdoor seating, fire pit and BBQ grill and beautiful, large trees that surround the property. There is ample parking available in the paved driveway and the driveway can accommodate trucks with trailers (boat, ATVs or snowmobiles). Highchair and pack n' play are also available for families with young children. Bike/ski trail is accessible from the back yard.

Golf course and drive-in theater (seasonal) located just minutes away.

We are family friendly, with a highchair and pack 'n play available. Please note that there is no crib in the home.

The main level of the home has no stairs but there are stairs leading down to the fully finished basement. All bedrooms and several bathrooms are located on the main floor.

The area is generally quiet but the house is located off of a major road so some road noise due to passing vehicles should be expected.
