Situated on a private cul-de-sac in Low Bentham a popular rural village, Quill is a semi-detached property set in a quiet location of North Yorkshire, ideally positioned to discover the delights of the Yorkshire Dales, providing the perfect location for walkers to explore the Three Peaks, Ingleton Falls, Forest of Bowland and within easy access to the Lake District and west coast.
With off street parking for 2-3 cars, enclosed garden to the rear of the property which over looks common land.

The space
Quill is a stone built semi on a quiet cul-de-sac which offers flexible accommodation for up to 5 guests, the property consists of welcoming hallway, cloakroom, kitchen/dinner with separate bright spacious sitting room which seats 5 adults comfortably, smart tv, side tables and standard lamp, with patio doors leading to an enclosed lawned garden with patio furniture.
Stairs leading off the hallway to 2 x double 1 single bedrooms, family 4 piece bathroom, 1 with en-suite.
We accept one well behaved pet, dog bowls and towel provided.
We do not allow additional guests.

Guest access
Guests have sole use of the property including private parking area for 2-3 cars with enclosed garden to the rear of the property.

Other things to note
Towels are provided during your stay and will be available to change every 4 Days.

Additional bed linen will be provided for Guests who are staying 10 nights or more . To be changed by the guests.
