Our vision and dream was to infuse this historical cabin with primitive old west charm and modern design. We handpicked each detail including a 100 year old cobblers coffee table, handmade pottery, Navajo sand painting, an intentional library, a record player so you can jam with Loretta Lynn, and more.

With warm wood tones throughout and windows with views on every side, we hope as you adventure outside you will transition into our accommodation feeling wrapped in simplicity and slow living.

Grab your cup of coffee at dawn and sit at our breakfast nook on the front patio to watch the sun rise. In the afternoons lounge and BBQ in a spacious backyard as the sunset turns the sandstone cliffs behind our property every wonderful shade of red. Grab a book from our library or meditate in our master bedrooms deep jacuzzi tub to soak your bones and relax. Lastly step outside and turn off the lights because stargazing is a must as night sets in.

Our hope is you fall deeply in love with this space and land as we have. Our goal is to make your stay comfortable, inviting, easy and uniquely inspired.

Feel free to check us out on social @quietshelters. If we are fortunate to host you please tag us on your adventures!

"We absolutely loved our stay in this cozy and charming cabin! The attention to detail truly elevated the experience, making it feel upscale and unique. We especially appreciated the candles everywhere, a curated selection of books, games, and vinyl records, and the tasteful and on theme decor. The highlight was definitely the luxurious bath with stunning views of the red canyons. Service was top-notch, with hosts always available, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kanab and Zion Canyon!"

Neighborhood highlights

Twisted juniper trees, ancient dwellings and pottery, where water seeps through red canyon walls, it is no wonder Kanab, Utah has drawn homesteaders, film makers, and adventure travelers into its lure.

Majestically wild national parks, public lands, and local trails surround this charming town in Southern, Utah. The community is kind and local dining is creative. It is where fast lives can slow down and become intentional in creating memories. Quiet Shelters will be your guide to a place that captured our hearts quite simply.

We are located in the "Vermilion Cliffs" area east of Kanab, which is close to one of the best trails in Kanab, the Mansard Trail. Our community is only 5 miles from downtown and grocery stores, yet still feels secluded. The neighbors in our community are quiet and friendly. We love afternoon walks around the community.
