The space
This unbelievable mountain getaway is spacious, clean and close to town - perfect for family, friends and pets!
PROPERTY
Sitting on 2.5 acres, the house features spectacular mountain views, open space with trees and the peaceful quiet the mountains provide. You will feel miles away and yet we are only 3 minutes from town, easy access from Hwy-24. While we have lots of land, we also have a fenced-in area for pets and areas safe for kids to roam! Our location is perfectly set near downtown, two different hot springs, rafting, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, snowmobiling, skiing and more!
THE HOUSE
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including an upstairs kids loft with foosball and arcade, this house has everything you need for your family, friends and pets to enjoy!
On the main level, enjoy a comfortable living space with an open kitchen and floor plan with gas fireplace and three separate bedrooms (as well as a small hobbit room where kids can play). The primary bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom suite with tub and shower. The two additional bedrooms offer queen beds and thy share a full bathroom with a tub/shower.
The large loft upstairs includes foosball, arcade, kitchenette with mini-fridge, and tv with streaming movies (and incredible views).
Finally, a spacious back patio with grill and outdoor dining area with views of Mt. Princeton as well as the fenced-in dog area.
PARKING
The house includes plenty of parking with a large driveway and an attached two-car garage for your winter or summer toys. Driveway is perfect for parking those big RVs or campers (but sorry, no hookups available). Give your RV a rest and stay inside!
EXTRAS
Your stay includes use of the washer and dryer. Pack 'n play and dining room booster seat available. Toys, books and kid activities as well.
WORK FROM HOME
While we highly encourage you to take a break and enjoy the views (best with coffee - we provide a real coffee maker and pour-over option!), we also offer a small desk and incredible hi-speed internet at 200+mbs! Take a zoom call with ease, work for an hour or the day, either way, rest assured you will be able to take care of whatever you need to while you are visiting.

Only a 3 minute drive from beautiful downtown Buena Vista which offers restaurants, shopping, parks and access to the Arkansas River. Minutes away from world-class hot springs, rafting, fishing, hiking, a drive from snowmobiling, mountain biking and rafting and within an hour from four ski resorts.
