You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at our gorgeous apartment on the seafront at Woolacombe. You'll love the fantastic views over Combesgate Beach to Morte Point, Lundy and Hartland. It's a stone’s throw to Barricane Beach with its seasonal cafe serving Sri Lankan food and a lovely seafront stroll to Woolacombe centre, the main beach and all the unique delights this coastal village has to offer. For the surfers Combesgate Beach just across the road is the perfect spot.

The space
Point View is a modern 2 bedroom apartment created from part of the former Crossways Hotel. It has fabulous views over Combesgate and Woolacombe beaches and the stunning bay area and headlands. The lounge kitchen diner is triple aspect, bright modern and spacious. There are 2 balconies off the lounge/dining area. The kitchen is modern (refitted recently) practical and perfectly appointed for holiday cooking including an intergrated 60/40 fridge freezer. The recent addition of a huge picture window on the side wall of the lounge has transformed an already gorgeous room to another level!

You enter the apartment from the rear of Crossways Court where there is also another private outside balcony, perfect for the morning/afternoon sun, very sheltered and private with beautiful views over the National Trust land behind.

Off the entrance hall is a bright modern family bathroom with bath and shower over, loo and basin. Opposite is the twin bedded room and next is the sea view master bedroom with a super king size bed and modern en suite shower room with basin and loo. With an allocated free parking space and its proximity to the beaches and village, Point View is the perfect holiday apartment for a stay in Woolacombe.

The entire apartment and its private outside space is made up and dedicated to our guests.

Other things to note
To access the apartment from the parking bay there are about 15 external steps up to the main building and a further 15 up to the apartment front door.
We accept 1 dog but must be kept off furniture and beds and guests are expected to clear up dog hair before leaving.

Neighborhood highlights

Woolacombe is simply the most fantastic seaside village with a stunning 3 miles of golden sand and Atlantic surf. There are a great selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes and takeaways as well as surf schools/hire, art shops and many other village amenities.
Mortehoe further up the hill is possibly one of the prettiest coastal villages with an incredibly interesting history along with brilliant pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and takeaways. Mortehoe is also along with Woolacombe, a perfect starting point for many superb walks, both inland and along the famous South West Coastal Path.
