Named after “1 of the most beautiful places in Canada” according to Condé Nast Traveler magazine, Point Prim suite is located on the 3rd & top floor of a registered Charlottetown heritage property built in 1904 by prominent PEI architect C.B. Chappell.

The perfect walk-up for a solo traveler or couple, Point Prim offers modern amenities (Smeg appliances,Smart TV,WIFI,AC,Private Balcony,Keyless Entry) to unwind in after a beach day or island adventure.

Point Prim Suite is a bright and spacious loft apartment with modern accents and accessible via keyless entry.

It has 1 large King bed with soft linens and pillows, modern lighting, and a brand new 50 " Sony Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Crave included)

Enjoy a coffee at the marble tulip table surrounded by Eames chairs and mid century modern artwork, or relax on the bench and Hans J. Wegner 'smiling' chair by the stunning Palladian window with views of the nearby park.

The kitchenette includes Smeg appliances (kettle, toaster), 1 Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, LG Fridge, island cart, mugs, dishes, plates, bowls and cutlery.

The washroom has everything you'll need including hairdryer, shower and lots of shampoo and body wash.

Guest access
Guest have full access to the entire 3rd floor as well as the private balcony.

Other things to note
There is an emergency fire escape off the private balcony. This should only be used for emergencies and not the primary means of entering and exiting the building.

The Airbnb is not suitable for children under 10.

There are 3 working doorbells and the red one is for this suite.

*Please note it can be bright in the loft during mornings (no curtains on the Palladian window) however eye masks will be provided*

I’m a maritimer who recently moved to PEI in Fall 2022 after living in Vancouver and Toronto for the last 15 years. I loved city living but post pandemic, my priorities changed - no one can put a price tag on plenty of space or fresh air! I enjoy travel and PEI remains one of my favourite places which is why I decided to relocate here. Growing up, I spent every summer in PEI (Stanhope) with my family and friends. Work wise, I’m a HR professional for a global consulting firm and have been in the industry for over 12 years.
