Our apartment is located on the 7th floor at a brand new condominium, called The Podium. It is located directly opposite Aeon Mall. The commercial shops below our condominiums are very convenient for sampling some local food.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place: airport (7 km), AEON Mall (just opposite our apartment), Timberland Medical Center (1km), City center (5km), General Hospital (1km).

The space
Our apartment is located on the 7th floor.

Bedroom 1 - 1 queen bed, 1 single bed. There is a bathroom attached to this room.

Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed.

Bedroom 3 - 1 queen bed.

There are 2 bathrooms in this unit.

The Podium is a new upcoming condominium, with many many food choices. The food court is open as early as 6 am till about 2am. Plenty of food choices. There is also a few restaurants (hotpot, The Rice King) and bars located on the ground floor. If you need a convenience store nearby, there is one on the ground floor as well. There is also an indoor playground on the 3rd floor and two hair salons.

AEON mall is located right opposite the Podium.

***Guests who are driving will park at the common area/visitor carpark, which is subject to availability.

***Please note that this building is very new, so there will be some construction noises around in the day time.

We have other units in the same building and at other locations. Do contact us if you're in a big group.

Guest access
The whole apartment will be available for your use. The pool and gym is also available for free.
