Entire home including two car garage is available for your next desert vacation! Four Bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms are as follows: Master features a king bed with large 55" flat screen TV (Apple TV and Movies), private office workspace with two desks/two chairs, giant walk-in closet, and bathroom with walk-in shower, soak tub, and double vanity along with private door to side yard and sliding glass door to the pool area. The pool can be heated to a maximum 85 degrees upon request at a charge $70/per day preferably requested and with payment made in advance. Spa heat is complimentary. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool heat scheduling.

Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid periodic mid-cleanings are available during your stay.
