Soak up the views during your stay.
A very big house yet you'll still feel the "homey" vibes. Beautiful view in the morning while sipping your coffee or hot chocolate drink. We have a billiard table, basketball (halfcourt) and car garage good for 4 cars. We also have a grotto at the top where you could hang and use the swing to get some fresh air. Lots of working area if you have your laptop. We have fast wifi but Globe/Smart users can enjoy fast internet in the veranda while enjoying the nice view. Can easily accommodate 16pax.

There are a lot of laundromat nearby around 10-15mins.

Please avoid unnecessary noise during these hours. If possible, stay indoors and close all the doors to contain the noise and not disturb our neighbors.

Guest can access all the rooms and use all the amenities available except for the corner room on the 2nd floor.

Other things to note
PLEASE make sure to indicate the correct number of guests. Otherwise, we would assume that only 1 guest is staying and will only prepare towels and toiletries for that guest.

Wi-Fi is available around the whole house except the top floor, weak signal to none at all.

TOILETRIES ARE NOT PROVIDED!

Please bring your own utensils if you are more than 16pax. Additional of ₱650/head per night in excess of 16pax.
