Neighborhood highlights

Country lanes with the Moneystone hamlet near by. We only have two properties on our postcode. We have space and nature. Secret owl boxes, circling buzzards, woodpeckers and muntjac deer. Rolling farmland with a deciduous forest valley below. Oakamoor village is 1 mile down the hill, accessed by road or a woodland pathway. Whiston village, in the other direction, is 1.1 miles away. There's a golf course with a restaurant, here. We edge a disused quarry, hidden by forested areas.

You'll arrive at the property through a tunnel of trees. Many miles of walks are available from the doorstep. For a gentler walk, we have the churnet valley disused railway, leading to the fabulous Ramblers Retreat cafe and you can even paddle in the river Churnet. You can catch the steam train from Froghall, in the other direction. You'll see pictures in the living area of local beauty spots. See how many you can explore on your vist. Try The Roaches - the sountern end of the Pennine Way.

Our 11 acres makes up of 4 fields (no aniamls yet!) and two areas of forest,
a small poly tunnel and kitchen garden with barns and outbuildings.
We have scenic views of the Dimmingsdale Valley.
