Orange Cat is a private one-bedroom apartment in Tbilisi created for two adults. It has a separate bedroom, kitchen-living room, two workspaces and two balconies. One guest can sleep while the other works, cooks or watches TV. The apartment was created and is still operated directly by Inessa Gogia and Sergey Gimadov. Inessa is the owner, artist and author of the interior and original artwork made for Orange Cat.

The space
Orange Cat is arranged so two adults can live together without keeping the same daily routine. The apartment has a separate bedroom, kitchen-living room, two workspaces, two air conditioners and two balconies. The kitchen is equipped for normal cooking with an oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, practical storage and fibre internet. The sofa can be used as a separate sleeping place for one of the two guests.

Guest access
During the stay, the whole apartment is for the guests’ private use: the separate bedroom, kitchen-living room, bathroom and both balconies. Guests may use the kitchen, household appliances, washing machine, workspaces and normal apartment equipment. The building entrance, lobby and lifts are shared, but the apartment itself remains private. Inessa and Sergey live nearby and do not share any living space with guests.

Other things to note
Orange Cat is designed primarily for two adults. Three-adult stays are not accepted. Any stay involving a child or teenager requires prior host approval for the specific reservation. Smoking is allowed only on the balconies with the apartment door closed. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. The standard maximum stay is 21 nights; a longer stay may be considered only as an individual exception.

Cafés, restaurants, banks and everyday services are nearby. The area is well connected by metro and bus, making it practical for both short visits and longer stays without relying on a car.

I’m Inessa, an artist and designer living in Tbilisi with my husband, Sergey. We created Orange Cat together and still look after it ourselves. The apartment began with my paintings; its practical side grew from the way we actually like to travel and live. We keep refining small details between stays, often before they become a problem for a guest. Messages come directly to us, not to a manager.
