Well-maintained 2-bedroom & 2-en-suite, fully furnished and serviced mid-link house (fully refurbished February 2021) with its own off-street parking space to the front of the property. Having your own parking is a real special feature for any central Cleethorpes property, and being situated just a 10-minute walk from the seafront, with its vistas, local bars, restaurants and shops, makes this a perfect house for a long or short stay. A great base if you’re working in the area.
The space
Downstairs Living Areas
The separate front lounge has a comfortable 2-piece suite, providing a relaxing space to sit back and enjoy the Smart LED TV.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. The island provides additional workspace and bar seating, while there is also a four-seater dining table and an additional sofa for relaxing.
The whole of the rear of the downstairs area is beautifully glazed, allowing plenty of natural light into the kitchen and dining space while providing lovely views of the garden.
The dining area also makes an ideal Work From Home space, with an electric socket, network point for wired internet access and USB charging point conveniently located at the table.
You can enjoy your meals indoors at the dining table or take them outside into the private rear garden.
Private Rear Garden
The garden is accessed through UPVC French doors and is privately fenced, with a lovely patio area furnished with a table and chairs.
It is a wonderful space to enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine, lunch or dinner outdoors, or simply relax with a drink on a summer afternoon or evening while watching the sun go down.
Connectivity & Amenities
Full Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, with USB charging points conveniently located around the property, including beside both double beds.
An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

Upstairs are two comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, Smart LED TV, Wi-Fi, fresh bed linen and towels.
Both bedrooms have comfortable double beds, giving guests the flexibility to spend their downtime together in the communal areas or enjoy some peace and privacy in their own room.
MVHR Fresh Air & Heat Recovery System
The property benefits from a modern Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) system, providing continuous ventilation and filtered fresh air throughout the house.
The system extracts warm, moist and stale air from areas such as the kitchen and bathrooms, recovers much of the heat from that air, and uses it to warm incoming filtered fresh air.
This helps maintain a comfortable, well-ventilated environment while also reducing energy usage and the property’s environmental impact.

The property is situated on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, so we kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a considerate level, particularly during the evening and overnight.

The property is strictly not suitable for parties, events or gatherings.
EV charging: Please do not plug EV charging cables into the house sockets. EV charging is available locally at St Peter’s Avenue car park, with rapid charging also available at Meridian Point Retail Park on Kings Road.
Please park considerately and ensure that access to neighbouring properties is not obstructed.
The house is intended as a comfortable home-from-home for registered guests. Please do not exceed the number of guests included in your booking without prior agreement.
We ask all guests to treat the property, furnishings and equipment with care and leave the house in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their stay.
