This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Well maintained 2 bedroom & 2 en-suite , fully furnished and serviced mid link house (fully refurbished February 2021) has its own off street parking space to front of the property. Having your own parking is a real special feature to any central Cleethorpes property and only being situated a five minute walk from the sea front and all its vistas, super local bars, restaurants and shops makes this a perfect house for a long or short stay.Good base if you're working in the area

The space
The downstairs area consists of:

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a kettle . It is a wonderfully light room, as the whole back of the down stairs of the house is glass, looking out to the garden space. An ideal space to ‘Work From Home’ especially given the electric point at the table with a network point and USB point for charging devices .
You are able to take your meals inside at the table or al fresco in the rear garden, which has a lovely patio area with table and chairs and is privately fenced. The garden is accessed via UPVC French doors and is perfectly situated for the sun to take breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors or relax and enjoy drinks on a summer afternoon or evening and watch the sun set.

Modern kitchen with island and bar seating around it, fully equipped with washer /dishwasher/fridge freezer/electric oven and hob, four seater dining table, plus another sofa for relaxing.

Full connectivity WIFI is available throughout the house. Various USB charging points are located around the house and at the side of both double beds.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with Smart LED TV’s, WI-FI, crisp new bed linen and soft luxurious towels and their own ensuite shower rooms. You may possibly work together but in this house you are able to choose whether to spend your down time relaxing alone or together. The beds are comfy and both are doubles.

There is an iron and ironing board at the property for your convenience.


State of the art HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM installed ‘green technology’.
In the current COVID situation it’s good to know that this system draws the stale air out and replaces it with new.
Smart Whole house Air/heat/moisture control is provided via a MVHR system.
( mechanical ventilation heat recovery )
This system works by extracting moist stale air from wet rooms in the house , it recovers the usual heat from the extracted air, and supplys CLEAN FILTERED FRESH AIR that is heated from the recovered warmth of extracted heat . So reducing the carbon footprint and the effects on our environment. Would you like to stay in a house with fresh highly filtered air improving the environment? If so, this could be the property for you.

This house is ‘good to go’! Fully self-contained modern ‘home from home’, just put your bags down and settle in.
In the current COVID climate, there are many options of home food deliveries from deli’s, restaurants and take-always, so that just leaves you to sort the drinks! Enjoy your stay at our wonderful new to market accommodation!
